Executive Sedan with Chauffeur in Paris

Mercedes E-Class  ·  Mercedes EQE

The corporate car of the House, and the one it runs most often: the same chauffeur, the same preparation, the same silence, journey after journey, and never a car that announces itself.

The category

The corporate car, and nothing it does not need to be

The Executive Sedan is operated in two full-size Mercedes sedans: the E-Class, and the EQE, which is fully electric. Both carry 3 passengers and 2 large suitcases, and both are prepared, equipped and chauffeured to the same standard. If you have a preference, state it when you book: the EQE is offered on request and subject to availability, and the model is confirmed to you in writing.

No car stays in the fleet beyond 4 years. Every vehicle is replaced on a 4-year cycle. The car that collects you is a current model, with current equipment and current safety systems, not a sedan that has been running the airport road for a decade.
Choosing well

Is this the right car for you?

Choosing a vehicle is rarely a question of the badge on the bonnet. It is a question of who travels, what they carry, and what the day asks of them. Here is who this one is for.

You travel alone, or as two, and often

This is the car for a routine that repeats. Daily office runs, a standing airport transfer, a week of client meetings. It is the vehicle the House assigns to its corporate accounts, because a schedule that repeats asks for a car that never varies.

Your luggage is a sedan’s luggage

2 large suitcases, with 2 cabin bags in the E-Class, 1 more than the Luxury Sedan takes, and 1 in the EQE. On luggage, a longer sedan changes nothing: if the boot is your constraint, the answer is the Executive Van or the Luxury SUV.

You want discretion above all

A black E-Class is the least conspicuous car in Paris. It arrives at a hotel, a bank or a private residence without drawing a single glance, which is exactly what some journeys require.

Consider another vehicle if

We would rather tell you now than on the morning itself.

The journey is long, or the passenger is tall, and rear legroom will decide the day.

Luggage

What actually fits in the boot

Luggage is the single most common surprise on the day of travel. Numbers on a website are easy to write and hard to live with, so here is what this car carries, stated plainly. By a large suitcase we mean the hold format, up to 75 cm; by a small one, the cabin format. Both travel in the boot.

3 passengers with 3 large suitcases will not travel comfortably in this car. If that is your party, the Executive Van is the better answer, or a second vehicle. We will say so when you enquire, before you book, rather than at the kerb.

Travelling with skis, golf bags, instruments or trade-show material? A Cargo Van can follow your vehicle and carry the overflow. See the Cargo Van.

Soft bags, briefcases and coats travel with you in the rear, beside your seat. With 2 passengers, the centre rear seat takes a garment bag comfortably.

from€1,000

Every rate includes your chauffeur for the whole of the service, fuel, tolls and parking, onboard Wi-Fi and still water, full insurance and a licensed vehicle. At the airports, 60 minutes of waiting are included, counted from the moment the aircraft lands rather than from the scheduled arrival time, which is what matters when a flight is late. At every other pickup, 15 minutes are included.

Rates are in euros. They are a point of departure, not a quotation: the final figure depends on the date, the hour, the exact addresses and the duration of the service. Journeys beyond the Paris ring road are charged per kilometre in addition. A written quotation is always issued, and agreed, before a booking is confirmed.

We do not offer discounts. Our rates are the same for everyone on the same service.

Questions

Before you book

How many passengers and suitcases does the Executive Sedan take?
The Executive Sedan, a Mercedes E-Class or EQE, carries up to 3 passengers, excluding the chauffeur, with 2 large suitcases, and 2 cabin bags in the E-Class or 1 in the EQE. 2 passengers travel most comfortably. For 4 or more, the Executive Van (Mercedes V-Class XL) is the appropriate vehicle.
What is the difference between the Executive Sedan and the Luxury Sedan?
The chauffeur, the preparation of the car and the punctuality are identical. The Luxury Sedan is a long-wheelbase Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series: markedly more rear legroom, individual reclining rear seats, independent rear climate control and a quieter cabin. The Executive Sedan is a Mercedes E-Class or a fully electric EQE, carrying the same 2 large suitcases, and it is the corporate car of the House: entirely discreet at the door of a bank, a headquarters or a private residence. For daily corporate travel, and for a schedule that repeats, it is the vehicle we assign.
Is the Executive Sedan suitable for an airport transfer with luggage?
Yes, and it is the vehicle most often chosen for it. 2 large suitcases fit, with 2 cabin bags in the E-Class or 1 in the EQE. At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Le Bourget your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, with a sign bearing your name, and 60 minutes of waiting are included from the moment the aircraft lands.
Can I choose between the E-Class and the electric EQE?
Yes. The Mercedes E-Class and the fully electric Mercedes EQE share the Executive Sedan category, the same rates and the same standard of preparation and service. State your preference when you enquire: the EQE is offered on request and subject to availability, and the model is confirmed to you in writing with your booking.
How long will the chauffeur wait for me?
At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Le Bourget, 60 minutes of waiting are included, and they run from the moment the aircraft touches down, not from the arrival time printed on your ticket. A delayed flight therefore costs you nothing. At any other pickup, in the city or elsewhere, 15 minutes are included. Beyond that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle and is always confirmed with you before it applies.
Is the price fixed in advance?
Yes. A written quotation is issued before any booking is confirmed, and the figure agreed is the figure invoiced. Fuel, tolls and parking are included. Only a change you request on the day, such as an added stop or an extended duration, alters the amount, and it is confirmed with you before it applies.
Can I book the Executive Sedan for a full day in Paris?
Yes. A vehicle at your disposal is booked for a minimum of 4 hours, with 20 kilometres included per hour, and the chauffeur remains with you throughout. A full day of 8 hours starts at €1,000 inclusive of VAT. It is the usual arrangement for a day of meetings across the city.
Can the Executive Sedan travel outside Paris?
Yes, anywhere in France and beyond. Journeys outside Paris are charged on the transfer rate plus a per-kilometre rate for the distance beyond the ring road, tolls and parking included. Reims, the Loire châteaux, Deauville, Normandy and Brussels are regular destinations. Long journeys may involve a meal allowance or an overnight allowance for the chauffeur, both stated in the quotation.
